1. Who this applies to

This policy applies to purchases made on agrividya.in from AgriVidya. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay.

2. Digital study material and courses

Study material, mock tests and similar products are delivered digitally and unlocked instantly after payment. You can view a free sample before you pay. Because access is instant, we generally do not refund a purchase after the material has been unlocked.

3. When we will make it right

You were charged more than once for the same product.
You paid but did not get access because of a technical problem on our side.
The product you paid for is materially different from how it was described.

In these cases we will first try to fix the problem. If we cannot, we will refund the amount to the original payment method.

4. Services and enquiry-based orders

For assignment help, research support and shop enquiries, the terms are agreed with you on WhatsApp before you pay. Any refund for these follows what was agreed there.

5. How to ask

Write to agrividya@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 94929 82424 with your name, the email you signed up with, the product and your payment details. We will reply and update you on the outcome. Refunds, when approved, are returned through the original payment method and bank timelines apply.
